Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Drive Details website, mobile application and service centers. By booking a service you agree to them.

1. Services

Drive Details provides car servicing, detailing and repair through company-operated centers and verified partner garages. Prices shown before booking are estimates; the final bill is the job card raised after inspection, which you can review before payment.

2. Bookings & Pickup

Bookings are confirmed once the garage accepts. Pickup and delivery are performed by an assigned executive, verified with a one-time password shared with you.

3. Additional Work

Any work beyond the original booking is proposed to you for approval with an itemised estimate. Work you do not approve is not carried out and is not billed.

4. Payments

Payment is due once work is marked complete. Online payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway; we do not store card details.

5. Coupons & Offers

Discounts are subject to their individual validity, minimum order value and usage limits. Offers may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Cancellations

A booking may be cancelled before the vehicle is picked up. Cancellation after work has begun may attract charges for work already performed.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
